This four-story Capitol Hill, Seattle, WA condominium building had all of its exterior masonry restored. This included the replacement of half of the building’s precast stone windowsills and window headers, with new, precast manufactured stone. This process assures years of protection against Seattle’s elements without compromising the original integrity of the masonry architecture. The entire building was restored, cleaned and sealed. The tenants will now stay warm and dry for years to come while enjoying the magnificence of their traditional masonry condominiums.
